Just the fact; those of your customers or potential ones do read your press releases.
The question is, have you write your press releases with intention to persuade your customers or potential customers to returns and have emotional connection with your brand or simply write what needed to share?
Press release is powerfull tool as of other reviews if it writen correctly, yet reached its targeted audiences.
However far too many, PR Managers and Executives failed to write press releases correctly thus leaving press releases as boring thing to read.
