Alila Manggis are currently looking for candidates that are interested in becoming an Executive Assistant Manager and Executive Chef with detail requirement as follow :

1. Executive Assistant Manager

Male or Female

· 2 years experience in similar field.

· Very strong in Front Office and Housekeeping, other skills would be more advantageous.

· Service Oriented.

· Team Work.

· Very Detail.

· Capable to work ” Multi Tasks “.

· English is a must. Other languages would be more advantageous.

· Capable to work under preassure and long hours

2. Executive Chef

Male or Female

· Experience with knowledge of western cuisine and experience in Asia

· Having worked in a five-star hotel before is a must,

· Culinary diploma/degree,

· Experienced Executive Sous Chef ready for a promotional opportunity

· Experience training new recruits and department trainers and HACCP.
