TRAINING MANAGER - Code: TM

(Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in 4 or 5 star hotel in supervisory/management position within Training including experience with skills training and group training.

• Must be guest service oriented to exceed guest’s expectations.

• Minimum D3 Hotel background.

• Maximum age 35 years old (Male / Female).

• Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field

• Energetic and resourceful in conducting training program.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Awareness of the importance of Ethics and Values.

• Talented individual who has a strong desire to be the best, enthusiastic and energetic

• Self driven, highly motivated person and strive to achieve excellence, and a team player
