do not lower your quality

There must have been circumstances at work where we feel like putting all effort ourselves but noone seems to be. appreciating it. There must have been times when we struggle with assignments and feel like doing it all alone. There must have been days you think of throwing all throughout the windows and just do regular as the rest of others because noone seems to care. There must have not been easy, trying to stand out ourselves, maintaining the quality but other don't think that way. But that moment, indeed, moments when we are actually challenged to prove our quality, the integrity, no matter what circumstances are. Quiting, giving all up, might cross mind, as doing it all alone really sucking the energy. We might be tempted to just drop it all, and walk out. But indeed, do we really want to lower our personal qualities that we had established? No matter what situation, You can only try and perform your best. If people don't appreciate that, it's their fault, not yours. Appreciation, recognition and praise are one most effective and powerful motivation tools. Failing to Appreciate, Motivation Fail...

Far to often managers and leaders failed to appreciate performances appropriately in timely manner. There are times when managers and leaders simply think that motivation must be related to money and benefits - in fact, they are not.

Motivation may comes in terms of many engaging conversation, inspiring thoughts, appreciation of job well done and assigning credit appropriately when they are due...
