Is it still relevant to use a tagline that said "Guest is the King" in today's service industry mindset?
From what I have experienced in the industry for the last 14 years, what do I understand is that each guest that step into our property or premises and interact with our services or products has three things in common, and they are needs, wants and expectations.
So in my opinion, "Guest is no longer the King" - it is up to us as service providers to fulfill those needs, wants and expectations - only if we want them to return again and again!
What whould you say?
