Just the fact: For most professionals, we all have worked for several companies within certain period of times!

When you come to a decision, this is it...! now its time for me to move on to next employer. What are main reasons that drives and pushes you to that decision?

Many companies failed to identify those reasons and simply take it for granted that employees leave for a better salary.

Let's talk...

Some left for greener pasture, some left because they re pissed off, or maybe retiring.

I am definitely agree with you, however I would love to know even more indepth reasoning behind leaving employees thus will at the end helps employer to define better approaches in treating their employees....
