Once the football team enters the football field, no team manager or coach is allowed to enter the football field. The football team is fully allowed to play each and individual roles according to their professional skills, competency and experiences - of course with agreed game plan and strategies given by manager or coach prior the match.

As the team playing along, the manager or coach can only provide guidance or instructions from a distance but a good team manager will monitor and evaluate each individual performances as well as evaluate other team player and identify if new game plan or strategy is needed to win the game.
