A lesson learned from the final match between Germany vs. Uruguay is that both teams deliver their best performances, however one must win and that's the rule of the game.

In our daily working life serving and pleasing customers, it is similar to the game; the difference is we all know as hotelier professionals that the guests must win all the times. However as service providers, no matter how hard we tried, there are times when we lose the game by making one or two of our customers dissatisfied with our services.

In a particular match, the supporters, coach and the team manager can understands that their team members have or have not delivers their best performances, so do the hotel managers, they suppose to know whether their team members have delivered their best performance or not by ensuring that they are present or around when the battle is on.

Unfortunately in reality, some managers were nowhere to be found during busy situations...:P
