One of the important aspect of a successful training is when your audiences or participants able to engage and participate in a discussion. However in reality, not all participants confident in expressing their thoughts and opinion openly in public, thus to the trainer, this will become another challenge that they must overcome.

No matter how expert the trainer is, the truth is that there are certain people who comfortable expressing their thought or opinion anonymously - the harder we (trainer) push - the harder they will defense themselves and chances is that the overall training objectives will not be met for this particular participant because they feel uncomfortable.

Understanding above fact, I personaly think that open discussion forum - which allow participants to keep their real identity remain secret - will at the end encourage them to comfortably express their thoughts that will be beneficial to himself - and for trainer point of view, the overall training objective will be met - furthermore, the knowledge retention will be even last longer....
