Hotelier - Hotel Training Forum

Being hotel trainer for the past few years, I noticed that many hoteliers reluctant to attend training sessions conducted by the property training department or human resources department. Unfortunately this is what most hotel trainers experienced especially when they joined an established hotel which has been in operation for more than 10 years.

It is really concerns me! Let's talk about it...
