Have you been in a session when the trainer or speaker constantly saying certain word almost every 10 seconds? So in a second your brain starts shifted and get very much irritated? So there I was. Feeling very enthusiastic to embrace new insights and knowledge, emptying my space in my brain storage and all shattered in pieces after first seventy seconds hearing word 'right' burst out from the speaker. Well, I guess it was unpurposely but then very irritating. I peeped in, person next t...

Work for a cause & not for applause. Live life to express & not to impress. Don't strive to make ur presence noticed. Just make ur absence felt. I love above lines. It simplifies my idea of working with heart, with passion. Workplace, time to time can be a very cruel environment to be in. Oftenly forgotten, to make things work, it involve both individual part and team. As they say, good team complement and fills each other. The e...

resignation vs compensation. related?

Being quite a while in my area of work, I still shatter whenever employees heading toward my cubicle, bringing in an envelope in their hands. Well, of course, not an envelope of gift vouchers :D, but 90% are handing in resignation letters. Reading lotsa articles on reason why people leave, I could not help thinking of what the real reasons are. They will come up with many: from new challenges, working environment, appreciation, unskilled and incompetent immediate supervisors, company...

There must have been circumstances at work where we feel like putting all effort ourselves but noone seems to be. appreciating it. There must have been times when we struggle with assignments and feel like doing it all alone. There must have been days you think of throwing all throughout the windows and just do regular as the rest of others because noone seems to care. There must have not been easy, trying to stand out ourselves, maintaining the quality but other don't think that way...
