This month’s session covers two modules of Young Top 30 Development Program series which are;
1. Building Hi Energy Team
2. Full Cycle of Performance Management
The workshop on Building Hi Energy was incorporated with game & exercise that stimulate audience thinking and conceptual on team performance. It was clear for everyone that working together may not fully performing as team yet. Thus real teamwork concept and best practices were introduced.
On the Full Cycle of Performance Management module covers the reality and fact that Performance Appraisal is just minor part of Performance Management. Thus performing Performance Appraisal is not yet classified as Performance Management System.
