Change is unavoidable. Everyday in our lives there are changes happened either small or big, either consciously or unconsciously. Sometimes, change happened naturaly whilst on the other time change happen by design.
A dinamic management style often demands innovations and creativities in order to win market and become a leader in the industry thus changes are something that is very norm to happen everyday.
The question is how can we implement a change in an organization where the people has served the company for so many years and were not used to a dynamic management style and limited changes happened in their past?
