I caught on a discussion in one of human resources association mailing list recently. It is bothers me because the real question was not being raised properly.
When we talk about employee's psychological state, I don't believe that it is some thing fixed and permanent. Thus no matter how cool is the test provided and performed to gauge and measure individual's psychological state, there are huge chances that the individual will change along the changes they faces in their life, both positives and negatives.
Often than not, working environment, coworkers and bosses influence individual's psychological state. Thus the question I am opt to ask or we suppose ask is ,"why the Psycho Test is not required for old employees after certain period of employment?" Why pre not post requisite?
