The successful man or women will be:

• 5 star experience, ideally with villa-style properties.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
• Educated to Degree level
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
• High motivation, be energetic and have an outgoing personality
• Able and willing to work in a team and well as having the ability to develop and lead a successful and motivated team
